Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at checkout.
Pricing Errors: If we discover an obvious pricing error (e.g., a clearly incorrect price on a non-promotional item), we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed.
4. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
Processing & Shipping: We endeavor to process orders within 1-2 business days and ship primarily via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is typically within 3–6 business days after shipment.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is officially marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier to the address specified in your order.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Condition: The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly by us.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item and completing the inspection process.
